I have a friend who is going to be in Orlando this wednesday for a meeting. He says he thinks there is a ticket sold at the park at a discounted rate for after a certain time, after 3pm maybe? Does anyone know if this exists? No info online and I have never heard of it, but of course I have always been there for several days.

No discounted tickets for after 3pm at Universal. Disney has a discounted ticket for Epcot after a certain time...maybe that's what he's talking about.
