Ticket question

Hopefully someone can help me out. For the non-hopper tickets, does that mean I can only go to one park a day? What I'm trying to ask is if I am going for three days but want to hit 2 parks a day, could I buy a 6-day non-park hopper ticket and spend two tickets in a day? Anyone ever done this?

No. If you want to visit two parks in the same day, you'll have to purchase the park hopping option or two separate passes. The system will not allow admission to a second park in the same day otherwise.

With a regular ticket (non-hopper) you can only go into one park per day with that ticket. As far a using two tickets for one day (and purchasing twice as many day's tickets), I would compare prices. I would hope that the park hopper option is cheaper.

It can be "CHEAPER" to buy, say, a "9-day NON-hopper" (each additional "day" adds on only a FEW extra dollars).
So the idea would be to try to use it to visit, say, 3 parks a day, and "use it up" in 3 days instead of 9.
I beleive that's what the poster (and MANY others) think might work.

And it does "look good on paper."

BUT...

It is NOT ALLOWED.
If you try to enter more than one park in the same day with a NON-hopper, the ticket reader/computer will STOP you from entering the second park.

Sooo...

If you want to HOP, the best deal is to buy a HOPPER.

hehe, yeah I realized how stupid this idea was after I posted it. Under my assumption, a family of seven could just buy one seven day pass and get seven tickets to the park. ;-) It's one of those wild ideas that makes sense for about...say...5 seconds
