My family and I are going to the World in September - We will be there for 10Days/9 Nights, staying at a DVC resort. (Although our last day will prob be a travel day) We want to have the convience of going where ever and whenever but we are stuck as to what kind of ticket to purchase and with what options.

We are trying to save money here and there so any advice woud be great.

My husband does want to go to a waterpark and to Disney Quest, but we really arent into the Downtown Disney thing.

Probably your best idea is an 8- or 9-day MYW with hopper and plus options. You'll want to check out the specifics for fitting into your schedule, but that's the immediate thought that comes to mind.

Tim, who would love to be hopping and plussing instead of waiting in Wisconsin. Sigh.

i forgot to ask if an annual pass would be worth it? Do they have any other discounts that I am unaware of?

Sign up for the newsletter at www.mousesavers.com it comes out monthly & has some great links for Tickets. It comes out on the 15th of each month so you can get next months email. Saved me alot of money.

Also recommend mousesavers and the link to Ticketmania. You can save a lot of money purchasing your tickets ahead of time, even thru the Disney website. We saved $100 on 5 passes bought from Ticketmania.

An annual pass would not be worth it for this trip. However, if you are going to make a second trip within a year, you have to start doing the calculations. Keep in mind that even if you are a 1-trip per year kind of family, you can stagger dates and make it 2-trips per 365 days.
