We were at Disney in April and purchased 3-day tickets for our trip. We used two days. On the third day, we changed our tickets to "non-expire" tickets prior to going home.

We are planning a trip in February and I noticed on the My Disney page that it lists us as having 2 days left on these tickets instead of one. Is this an error or are we actually supposed to have 2 days left on these tickets?

Thanks in advance for your help. This is a nice site.

Welcome to the DIS!

Unfortunately, I think you'll have to wait till you get there to find out. The Disney website is notoriously wrong.

One thing that I wondered, though: Did you buy a 3-day park-hopper pass and only use it one day, but went to 2 parks? That would be only 1 day off your pass, in which case, you would have 2 days left.

I wouldn't trust the disneyworld website right now. The ticket info is part of the all new stuff they are adding, and I think it's lost its mind.

MDE is just an interface link and is known to not only being still under development but very quirky. The only way that you can tell what is actually on any ticket is a location which directly accesses the Automated Ticketing System, which is any ticket window or Guest Relations window at a WDW Park, TTC or DTD. (And the Resorts cannot accurately help with older tickets.)
