Ticket purchase question newbie need help

I appreciate everyones help on my previous threads. My mother is a Florida resident and I was thinking of buying an annual pass for myself so that I could save some money because we are suppose to go to Florida in May 2009 to visit. Now mother wanted to buy my kids tickets as a xmas present for our trip in 12/08. But they are not Florida residents don't FL residents get a discount. I don't want her or us to get in any trouble. I will just buy them as NJ residents.
