With the new ticketing system that Disney has released for the coming year do you think that AP prices will go up January first?

I have a AP rate for WL in January, CR thinks that there may be new packages released Jan 2 with the new ticket prices and hotel rates, Do I buy my AP before Jan to lock in the current rate? Do I gamble that there will be new packages offered and with the price of new tickets save money over going the AP way? We will need passes for 9 days with park hopper option. Waters parks and DTD clubs are not in this trip.

Opinions please?

Thanks in Advance Dave

Hello, I to am a Annual Pass Holder, I am a holder of a Seasonal Florida Resident Pass. My sister-in-law who is a CM at a Disney Store told me that the Annual Passes will be going up also, she told me $60. I am going in May, and I purchase the pass on the 2004 price. Though the increase, from what I read I still think the Annual Pass is better then the "Make your own Magic," Because as you know we have the opition of returning through out the year. Also my sister-in-law told me they will be a new policy on renewing the Annual Pass. In the pass if you renewed the pass, it began the day it expired, but starting Jan. When you renew the pass after Jan the pass will not begin (the year on your pass will not begin) until you use the pass again. That is great so you do not loose any time on the renewed pass.

I would go with the Annual Pass.
