Ticket Prices -- Definitely a Newbie 101 Question

Do DLR ticket prices stay fixed for a certain period of time--like through the end of the year--or do they raise them at will? We are going in November (sadly, no 5 for 3 deals for us) and was hoping to spread some of our trip-related expenditures out over the next couple of months. But will buy tickets now if there's the possibility of a price increase.

In the past '06, '07, '08,the rates usually go up about $10 at the end of august beginning of September.. Same with the parking rates..

Yeah that is when they release pricing for the next year.
