Ticket price increases

I'm on the fence about buying the 10 day no expiration passes and tying up the $$$. Is there a thread or website somewhere that tracks the price increases over the past 10 years ? From what I have read, there was a recent price increase so I would need to know not only how much the price increase was, but when it was effective also.
