Ticket price increase?

Please remind me. We don't usually buy regular tickets but need to for others. Does disney still bridge tickets purchased from UT after first use? I'm not sure if my grandson needs a 5 day or 6 day so leaning towards a 5 day if he can just add another day if he needs it mid trip.

I have upgraded UT tickets a few times with no problem. Two things to remember is to use the ticket at least once before upgrading and the cost to upgrade should be a little over $10 to go from a five day to a six day ticket.

Raising ticket prices again - they just had a 19% profit increase this quarter. And attendance is higher than ever before. We have a bunch of non-expirations we bought over the last few years, but eventually we will have to pay their prices again. With the kid in college, can't really shell out for another set of 10 NE tickets. And the rumor is that non-expiration will soon go away too.

We currently have a package booked for September (room & tickets). If we change our dates or add a day to our package after the increase, will we still pay the same ticket price we have now, or would the price for the tickets go up? Thank you.

UCT did a blog post. They hinted strongly that they know when the hike is coming and they are selling their current stock at the lower price. They did not announce any dates. There was another DIS thread that had the link.

Here is the link to the blog post....they say their price increase is "around the corner" but not specifically when.

Thank you both, looks like I'll have to be buying some tickets pretty quick!

See post #10 on page one of this thread.

Amount of time before February price increase: between two and 22 days. If it doesn't happen by then, it can't be considered a February increase.

It's 2am prices are still the same..
But Intrested to see the new prices and if the water park thing will be true
