Ticket Price Increase 2/23/14?

I just received an email telling me the prices for Disney World tickets went up today. It looks like it was about 5%?

Has the Park Hopper add on always been $49 for a 3-day ticket?
I can see the 4+ day tickets are $60 for PH...

Disney changed the price structure for the hopper today. Previously it was $59 for 2-10 day tickets. Today they changed it so that it's $60 for 4-10 day tickets and added the new level of $49 for the 2-3 day tickets.

I just repriced my package which included an 8 day park hopper and the price is the same. Is that possible?
