Ticket Options

I just visited Disney World for my first time in August. I purchased 10 day tickets with park hopper, water park and no expiration options. Can anyone tell me, with a 10 day ticket, how many options do you get, for water parks, Disney Quest, etc.? We only used 4 days and then 1 trip to TL, and I'm curious for our next trip, how many options we would have left.

With a 10 day Water Parks and More ticket, you get 6 visits to water parks and Disney Quest.
