I am thinking of buying a MAGIC YOUR WAY-MAGIC PLUS PACK WITH NO EXPIRATION.We will be using 4 or 5 days plus going to water parks this trip and saving the rest for the next trip. This is alot of wear and tear on the tickets. Are these tickets made of paper or some other material ? THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!BEV

From what I've heard, they are paper like the annual passes, not cards like the room keys. Most people have said that they're made of pretty tough paper, but paper all the same.

It depends on where you buy them what they are made of. At the Disney Store they are plastic. At the parks they are made of very strong paper.

Just bought ours at Disney Store and they are like credit cards. They aren't quite as colorful as they have been in the past but still.... much sturdier than the paper. We were temtped to order from Ticketmania but heard they were paper and we just wanted the added sturdiness of plastic incase of them getting wet. Anyhow, hope this helps.

If your cards get wet or become unusable from the wear and tear, you can take them to any guest relations location (2 at each park, plus 2 at DTD), and they can re-print the ticket. Very easy process. Takes about 2 minutes.

Is there a cost to reissue worn out tickets?

We ordered online direct from Disney and they are plastic like room key. Each ticket has a different character on it... DS gets Minnie Mouse.

No, there is not a cost to re-print the tickets.

The tickets aren't paper, but more of a plastic impregnated paper. I'm not sure if it is specifically mylar, but I've heard that tossed around.

The tickets are actually pretty tough for regular wallet use. I kept a set of tickets in my wallet for a month, and they were still in good shape ( my wallet is rough on paper business cards! ). You actually can't rip the tickets like cardboard or paper, they just distort and get messed up.
