Ticket Mania...First Impression Very Good!

I've always ordered our tickets from a legit BBB discount ticket broker. I use to get them from Dynamic of Kissimmee (orlandotravel.com). When I called them to order tickets for this year I found that it is now a different company but the guy I spoke with was a quick talking fast Eddie by the name of Billy Rocket who was more than happy to take my order. Well, maybe he was on the up and up who knows but I felt a little weary of it and decided to check out Ticket Mania due to the recommendations from these boards. I called them up instead of ordering on-line and proceeded with my phone order. I was going to order some Masters of Magic (new magic dinner show) when the gentleman stopped me right away and said that I should not order them at this time because the show had been cancelled for the rest of the month and he seriously doubted that it would re-open. I did have reservations and cannot get a hold of anyone to see what is really happening. I was very reassured to know that I was dealing with someone who is seemingly honest. He could have just sold me the tickets and that would have been that, but he was honest with me in letting me know the situation and made a definite impression (a positive one) on a future returning purchaser. I received 3 e-mails from them within about 5-10 minutes one letting me know that my tickets would be mailed no later than the 9th and was very pleased with that as I only ordered them on them on the 6th and would be receiving them no later than the 14th. I just wanted to pass along the positive experience I have had with them so far and that I will most definitely go through them again in the future.

I know this was not the subject of your post, but thanks for the heads up on this magic show. Someone on the Orlando area board was looking for info on the show. After reading your post, I replied to them to let them know.

I had great luck with Ticketmania. I had the tickets delivered to the hotel and they were there waiting for me when I checked in. I was thrilled with the service.

Oh, I've used Ticketmania in the past with excellent results. I would use them again and again.

I, too, ordered tickets from them - both Park Hopper Plus tickets & La Nouba tickets. I was
thrilled at how fast they mailed our tickets to us, and appreciated the packet of Orlando/DTD/Disney info as well.

I was really worried though when I noticed our La Nouba certificates (not actual tickets) had an expiration date of 12/31/02 and our show was not until 1/17/03 !!! I e-mailed immediately and got a response from Ticketmania by the next day "don't worry be happy" - it will be fine. Still not convinced, I eventually e-mailed CDS directly from the web site. It took a second e-mail, but I eventually heard back from them and a Disney rep. All is well with the certificates!

So heads up to anyone who orders La Nouba "tickets" through Ticketmania. If there is an expiration date of 12/31/02 on them, Disney will still honor. According to Disney rep (& she was sent to me from the La Nouba Manager), Florida is the one who makes them put an expiration date on the certificates. According to Ticket Mania, they will have those certificates through early February.

I'll definitely order through them again.
