Hello my wife and I have season passes and my parents want to do a trip with us but also have the dinning package. My question is if i purchase the same package as my parents can i save the magic your way park ticket for the future and use my season pass for park entry? If i don't use the packaged park ticket will i be able to use the dinning plan?

What may be easier is to book a room + Dining Plan for all 4 of you and purchase separate tickets to link to your parents.

You can buy the tickets from a third-party seller or through Disney. Just don’t include them in the room + Dining plan reservation.

Yes, exactly this. Simply call in the reservation and ask for a "ticketless package". This is a room plus dining plan package WITHOUT tickets. You can then purchase the tickets needed for other guests separately and link those tickets to MDE so you can all book FP+ together.
