ticket kiosks

hi we purchased our tickets where we need to pick them up from machines at parks, does the hotels have one of these machines on site or only the parks. thank you

You will find the kiosks in front of each park entrances. They are very easy to use.

where are they at the hotels. i would love to get my tickets when we get in later than the parks are open. so we dont have to get them the morning of our first park day. we are staying at portofino. thanks.

I was there just this past week and took my computer print out from the Universal website to the HRH desk and ask for the hotel kiosk and was told the kiosks were at the park!

Then when I got to IOA the next morning the park CM told me the kiosks were very slow and to go to Guest Services since there was no line...worked great, very quick.

We stayed at RPR in Jan 2011 and they had them there.

The ticket kiosks are next to the Destination Universal desks. Just ask the concierge or front desk where Destination Universal desk is. They are in different areas at the different hotels.
