Ticket information/clarification- Park information March

I did it I just booked our 1st trip to US We are going the 2nd week in March.

I am turning to you my Dis Experts to help me with some questions I have since I have never been to US before.

This trip will be for me and my 10y old son Surprise trip!!

I can get a ticket for 3 days trading Airmiles points. My question is can I upgrade it to 5 days park to park when I get there?

-Is park to park (park hoping) necessary? (we will be there for 4 days)

-How are the crowds during second week of march?

-What about the March weather?

One of the other Canadians here was able to upgrade their ticket from Aeroplan. I would assume that the Air Miles tickets are the same. Park hopping is fun but not necessary. You would think march crowds would be good this year since Easter is so late. I've been there during Canadian March Break before and it was fine.

March weather can be variable.
