Ticket info??

Hi to all. My son and I (age 10) will be arriving on a wed thru sat in July. We are staying onsite. We are going to seaworld the day of arrival which we get in free. (Military family) . I was telling co-workers about our upcoming trip and one of them won 2 tickets to universal which is a one day base tic she said I can have. She won them from coca cola contest. Well I turned them on back and it read photo I'd required and there was a barcode on back. I call tickets on universal Orlando site and one lady said I can use them if given to me and I called back next day to verify and someone else said no. They will really help out. Do anyone know of this tyoe situation? She won't be able to go so she is giving them to me. If not how shall I purchase tickets. We plan to do universal on thurs and island of adventure on Friday. Should I buy online and will I get military discount? Sorry so long but thanks for advice.

if the ticket hasn't been signed by anyone, it's a valid ticket.

there is no name on ticket just a barcode. it looks like it has to be scanned. im scared if they are scanned then her name will pop up.

if she received the tickets from a contest and never used them, you should not have an issue.
