Ticket Help?

Hi everyone. Going to CA for work end of this month. Looks like I will have Monday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon free. I want to go to Disneyland because it has been about 4 years since I have been and I LOVE it! Any suggestions on getting twilight tickets or cheap tickets? Which would be better (cheaper) to do one day and do both parks or both days and do 2 different parks on those days.

Thanks in advance. I really can't afford to spend too much but really want to go. Thanks

For DL I really think hopping is ideal since it's so small esp now with the star wars closures everywhere. Realistically you could knock out most of the rides in Disney CA in about an hour. It just doesn't have a ton of rides so then that leaves DL which you could find less crowded being a week day and into the afternoon/evening.

I think the only way to get twilight tickets are through a convention or something of the like?
