Ticket Help question

I had a question about some existing tickets. I called the main disney number and whatever selection about tickets. I was on hold over an hour then finally was told they didn't have access to what I needed.

We've moved here locally now and had purchased a single ticket initially and once used we kept those plastic cards. We did that twice. Now we bought the 4 day resident tickets and again received our plastic cards at the gate. I had tossed a set of the plastic cards in the trash a few days before and now I had this feeling what if I tossed the wrong ones? I wanted to verify the cards I have are the ones w our 4 day passes on them before we go again.

I can see all three cards in MDE and they all say active but I don't see a way to tell what ticket is on what. I'm hoping its top down priority as those would be the most recently purchased but I don't want to show up and have some confusion.

Is there a way the ticketing people on the phone can confirm if I give them my card number? The CM w ticketing told me she could not access that.
 
It's not a big deal. If they are all linked to MDE, then any card will work to access the current tickets. The only confusion that could arise would be if there were more than one unused ticket in your account.

Cards act like a MagicBand that way. You could also purchase MagicBands for this and future visits, if you want.
