Are there any type of discounts for 1 day, 2 park tickets? On the Universal website, the price is $84. Is this the best price that can be found?

We will only have one day to spend at the park after a Disney cruise next week, but didn't want to spend so much, because we still have 2 days left on Disney passes, but my son said he'd rather go to Universal.

We do plan on going to Universal next summer, but don't think that Annual Pass would be the way to go, because we would also be going to Seaworld, Busch Gardens & Wet & Wild and possilby Discovery Cove, and there is probably a better deal on a combo ticket, or some other type of promo.
How is the savings on hotel with AP? Can you get just a good of a deal with
AAA or some other type of promos?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Discounts...other than AP discounts on one day passes are rare but I think AAA gives a discount. It's a shame you don't have an AP since passholders can buy guest tickets for 50% off through December 20th.

Is this discount only for current AP passholder?

Is this discount only for current AP passholder?

As noted above this is only for preferred and premium AP holders. Not for power pass passholders. We used this great discount for August and our 1 day 2 park tickets were $41 +tax -- for the adult kids and grandkids. I just returned and bought 2 park/2 day tickets for the family for next year and they were only $58 +tax (adult) ($52 for under 10yo) (since this promotion was being offered again).

I purchased two day two park tickets through ticketmaster that are good through to Christmas. There was a link from mousesavers and a code "latinquater" for less than you are getting the one day two park ticket. I think they were 75 each and I paid an xtra 1.75 to print at home. Mousesavers.com has a great tips on saving-I suggest trying there.

Good luck

Lin
