Ticket Glitch?

So we are currently at Pop Century for the week. I was looking at the app, seeing the cost to upgrade our current tickets to annual passes as we plan on coming back for a two week trip in April. On my wife’s ticket, it says two park days remaining. However on my own ticket, it still says 4 park days remaining which is the full ticket, and it gives me the option to reassign the ticket as if it’s never been used. However we have been to the parks for two days now. Shows the Same thing on the website itself. Anyone ever see this glitch before? Will it fix itself?

Is it possible that you have another ticket assigned to you in MDE? The system is set up to take days off of the oldest ticket assigned to you, so if there was another ticket in MDE under your name, it may have been used those 2 days.
 
Since the question pertains to park tickets, I'm going to move this to the Theme Parks board. :)
