Ticket Exchange Question

My sister and I have a 1 day hopper ticket next month. My sister may not be able to go. How can I exchange her ticket? I can't seem to find a way to do it electronically.

I don't want a refund - I want to be able to take someone else. My sister's name is on the electronic ticket right now, and I would like to change the name to someone who can go. Can that be done?

The name on the ticket has no relation to the person using it. It's just the name of the ticket. You could name the ticket Mickey Mouse and it wouldn't matter.
