: Why can't I decide what kind of tickets to buy for our Easter vacation. I need help!
We are staying at the Dolphin (DH, DS14, DD12 & myself) for 8 nights. We have one day trip to Discovery Cove planned and the kids like Typhoon Lagoon & BB. Our last day will be just travel - early flight.
So 7 day hopper plus?
Always had UMP or (LOS as they used to be called). Just not sure.
I know I can't charge to room in parks so all on one key card is out anyway, right?
Thanks for following this rant! ::

The 5 day hopper would do you good also, but at least with the 7 day you will have days left over and a great reason to return.

If the 7 day pass is a financial option, why not? As the previous poster mentioned, it will mean a future trip.

Double post. Sorry. System would not let me delete it.

The only thing that the UPH tickets have over the PHP tickets is that admission to Disney Quest is included in the UPH tickets. If you won't have time to visit DQ (or you don't really plan to spend time there), the PHP will be a better value - the days never expire.

You can have PHP tickets coded onto your resort ID as long as you buy the tickets at check in. Of course, that means you will pay gate prices rather than the advance or discount ticket prices.

I agree the 5 day PHP will be all you need. You have 8 days of activities. But one day will be at Discovery Cove. So that leaves 7 days at Disney. If you plan on spending one day at TL and one day at BB, you'll only have 5 days in the park. The 5 day PHP works out perfectly, as long as you realize you will not be able to go to a park (even for a few hours) on the water park days. If you don't want to worry about that (i.e. you want to eat dinner in Epcot and watch Illuminations on your TL day) then you could get a 6 or 7 day PHP. As others have said, the days (and plus features) never expire.

Thanks for all the replies! We are so used to just going from park to park and even on water park days hitting one of the theme parks in the evening. BUT, DH likes the less expensive idea so we may go with that!
Either way we'll have a blast! :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:
Thanks again

Your plans sound a lot like ours. My kids are the same age as yours, we are staying for 8 nights at the Dolphin, and we'll be doing a water park day and a non-park day. I considered getting 7 day PHP's but decided on 5 day PHP's instead. The price difference didn't seem worth it just to be able to go into the parks for a few hours on the water park day. There is so much else to do at WDW on non-park days. After a day at the water park we'll probably either go to DTD, hang out on the Boardwalk, or play miniature golf at Fantasia Gardens next to the Swan.
