Ticket Dilemma

I think I have decided on getting 2 PAP's for our mid-May trip.

Here's the dilemma, please bare with me:

We are flying in from the west coast and won't be arriving until 7:45pm. We're renting a car from National and will hopefully arrive at WL to check-in by 9pm. We then have a 9:30 PS at Whispering Canyon.

Now the next morning we have CRT ressies at 8:10am. We won't have time to exchange our PAP vouchers the night before, because we get in so late. And we'll need our actual PAP's to get into the MK for breakfast but guest relations will not be open that early. I also read somewhere that there is a Disney Store at MCO that will exchange the vouchers, but I'm afraid they may be closed at the time.

Are there any other options I am not thinking about? I haven't actually purchased the PAP's yet. Is there somewhere I can buy actual activated AP's before I leave?

I'm guessing here, but would you be able to exchange them at the TTC? I would think that would be open early. Have you seen posted times that make you think guest relations won't be open at 8?

I haven't seen actual posted times for guest relations, but MK doesn't open till 9am that day. And I would probably try to get to the park entrance no later than 7:45am to get in and walk over to the CRT...so I'm just assuming it's not open that early....anyone know???

Guest Services at DTD is open til 11pm or 11:30pm. You can activate your AP there.

And if the airport store is still open, which I think it is til 9pm or 10pm, you can do the same there. They can do the same thing as any park's Guest Services.

You cannot exchange AP/PAP vouchers at the airport shops but you can purchase new, already activated passes there. The shops - Magic of Disney on the A terminal side and Disney's EarPort on the B terminal side - are open until 11:00 pm every night.

The Guest Relations windows and at the major parks open at 8:00 am no matter whether the park opens at 8:00 for EMH or the regular 9:00.

BTW, you will not be admitted to the MK for your breakfast until 8:00 am.
