Ticket buying question

My wife's friend is going with us in April and I have a couple questions about buying her ticket.
1) Can we buy the ticket and allocate it to her MDE account? We both have APs so the plan is for us to pay for everything on the trip and then just settle up after.
2) If we can buy her ticket, can we use the buy 4 days get 2 free discount?

As long as you have 4 nights booked on DVC membership, and have a blue card, you can buy a guest a ticket as long as she is on the same reservation as you....in the same room.

You have to call to buy it.
