We are planning on going to Universal/IOA next December. I assume that we should buy the one week tix that are on "sale" right now for $99. They will still be good next December right? It says good for 7 days after first day used, just want to make sure. I assume after Harry Potter opens 7 day tix could go up up up...

As long as you do not activate them by going to the parks, they do not expire. You can always call the ticket office and double-check, but you shouldn't have an issue.

I am wondering the same thing. We are hoping to go in the summer. I also thought the prices would go up soon with Harry Potter coming. Anyone know for sure? Don't want to wait too long.

The ticket prices could change at any time so you if want to come this year, I would strongly suggest you purchase the tickets now.

We already have our tickets for our upcoming trip - and then went ahead and bought tickets for our trip after that, even though it will be in 2013 likely! I checked carefully and there was no fine print about expiration dates anywhere - other to say that it expired on the 7th day after first use.

i'll repeat what Metro stated.

buy the promo tickets now for the $99.

they are good forever if you do not activate them until you need them.

once you have any Universal ticket, it will not expire.

i still have 2 one day tickets from 1996 that are still valid.

(yes, i had them checked at guest services.)

What about Florida Resident tickets. I noticed they expire in March on Universals website. Is this for all of the Florida resident tickets? Bought anywhere like ticketsatwork.com too. Anyone know?
