Ticket Bridgeing Question

I am traveling to Disneyworld in July and will be purchasing tickets with the Armed Forces Salute promotion. It states on the website that they can only be upgraded to an annual pass but it does not state the cost. Will Disney's Ticket Bridging policy work on these tickets if I use the first day prior to upgrading. The cost of the 4 day hopper ticket is $207 with the water park option so it would be a significant savings if I received the gate value of the ticket if I upgrade.

Typically, a ticket like this can only be upgraded to a military annual pass, not a regular annual pass. I don't think you'll be able to bridge.
