ticket booth or will call window hours

I renewed my AP online but have to take my voucher to a ticket window to get the actual plastic ticket. We don't get in tonight till 8:30 and by the time we get an uber, check into the hotel etc it could be 9:30 or later. Are there any windows open that late? If not what time do they open in the morning?

Usually, at least one ticket booth stays open an hour or so past park closing every night. DL closes at midnight tonight, so you should be fine. Advantages to going to the booths at night are that the lines are shorter (most of the time) and you won't bake in the sun while waiting.

We did the same thing when we arrived one night (the process took a surprisingly long time). The bonus was they gave a Fast Pass to use anywhere in the park!
So we did RSR and went back to our hotel.
Great way to start a trip!

I don't know what time they open in the morning, but I was in your exact same boat in June. I couldn't get down there the night we arrived, so I made it a point to be at the Mickey and Friends structure around 0630 (the structure wasn't even open yet) and we were one of the first onto the trams and into DTD. I went straight to the ticket booths and there was NO LINE! I believe the parks opened at 0800 that day. So if you can't go the evening you arrive, get there early the next day and you might have good luck too!
