Hi all!

I can't seem to find this info on the Disneyland website (apologies if I'm just totally blind and its somewhere obvious), but does anyone know what the typical hours of the ticket booths are?

I will need to swap out vouchers for tickets for our October trip, and was hoping to do this the evening we arrive. I know the lines can get long, and don't want to waste park time! Do the booths stay open until the parks close; or do they stay open later/close earlier?

TIA!

I am pretty sure the ticket booths open an hour before the park does and close an hour before the park does. I think the ticket booth hours are tied to the park hours and that is why they aren't listed on the site.

Basically it is based on how many tickets they expect to sell at the booth, and how busy it will be.

The basic rule, 30 minutes prior to official park opening to 30 minutes after park closing.

One key point, it is the ticket booths that is also guest relations in regards to ticket issues, and has to remain open until after park closing.

But Disney really wants you to buy in advance and online, and just show your bar code/qr code at the turnstiles to enter.(Less labor costs)

A few questions on the same topic, sorry to highjack. Two questions if you purchased online, Can those paper tickets that you print at home be traded in for a smaller regular sized ticket? I don't want to have to lug those papers around. If not, how does that work when it's time to use the FP machines with those ?

Yes, you trade them for regular tickets. :)

Yes, everyone ends up with a cardboard credit card sized ticket, or an plastic AP credit card sized. This is the only media that will work in the FastPass machines.

The turnstiles have printers, so they scan your ticket, take your photo (not for one day tickets), and then make you print your name on the new ticket in front of them in ink.

We were there in July and we were told they close one hour after DL closes. If you go late then only one side of the booths will likely be open. We went to the ones near the shuttles and panicked to find them all closed. A CM directed us to the ones near DTD which were open.
