Ticket and Fastpasses disappeared??

So I finally got DH and DS ticket linked to my MDE the other day by calling Disney because the site would not work. I made fastpasses and everything. Now I go on there to look and DH ticket has disappeared and he is not on the fastpasses?? I am so confused and upset, I really hope it is a glitch and it is just not showing him. I will be so upset having to go through the whole progress again.. and really really upset if I won't be able to add him until we get there.. ugh.. anyone else having these problems??

omg now I don't see any of them under the magicband/card section.. what in the world is going on...

Mine had that issue online on my laptop but not on the MDE app on my phone...I logged completely out of my account on the computer, closed the internet server, opened everything back up, logged into MDE on the computer, and everything was back to normal...Hope that works for you.

Tried it, didn't work... hope once I turn the computer off for the night, that it will be back in the morning. If not guess I will be calling them once again... this is so not cool..

relax everything will be ok. When you say linked I think you mean you have several mde accounts for everyone.

Some things only appear to the mde account of the person they are linked to. If the mde account your logged into is the one that made the ticket purchase, then you'll see all the tickets. If the tickets were third party purchased then they will not appear in your account but will appear in the other accounts. Magicbands for everyone will only appear in the account to customize that made the room rservations, once received they will only appear in the account of the person who it is assigned too.

Fastpasses is a little trickier as you will not see fastpasses you are not apart of but if you go into modify you will see them to modify them.

And sometimes the system is just quirky so before you jump on the phone, check all the different mde accounts and make a list of what is really missing. Then get on the phone if anything is missing.

I only have one MDE account, it is mine. I have DH and my kids and a few of their friends all on my account. When I said linked, I meant I linking the tickets I bought on base to my account. I had to call them the other day to do this as it was not working correctly onsite. It was there, then I made fastpasses for us and they were there, then all of a sudden earlier Dh ticket disappeared along with his fastpasses. Mine and the kids are still showing under fastpasses, but DH and DS and his friend have disappeared under the magic band/cards section of MDE... I don't know, it is just all crazy. Just gonna go get a good night sleep and pray when I log in tomorrow it will be fixed...

There is something going on with the system. A few hours ago I was making test FPs since my 60-day reservation window opens to tomorrow.

Checked after midnight 'just in case' to see if I could make FPs, and everything is not accessible - tickets, resort, and dining reservations. I'm sure it will be corrected by morning.

Just wanted to add that other parts of the site has some fixing it errors so I would not be shocked if they are doing maintenance work post holiday rush right now and you'll be fine in the morning.

Won't work at midnight, opens at 7 the next morning. That's normal.

Agree, the 60-day mark opens at 7:00 am - I was just double-checking to see that for myself.

But are you saying nothing would work after midnight? I thought there should be no 'standard' reason that I couldn't see my resort reservation, tickets, and/or make FPs for 0 - 29 days out?

Sorry to hear that. Mine was back up in time to make FPs when my 60-day window opened this morning.

Just an update. Took awhile to figure it out. The CM was lost as I was, she kept digging and finally found DH ticket underlying in his name somewhere(if that makes sense)... she took all the info and sent it over to Tech. It took most of the afternoon, as they were very busy, but finally DH ticket and fastpasses are back on my MDE!!! The CM was great, so happy it all got fixed!
