My husband and I have three days post cruise that we can spend at WDW. (Celebrating our 25th Anniversary!) We have never been and rarely get a chance to fly together to the East Coast so I convinced him to do a few days at Disney. Our dilemma is: Should we purchase the less expensive 4 Parks - 1 park each day passes and just not use one of the days..... or should we splurge for hopper passes and try to see as much of the parks as we can in 3 days. If you had to miss one park which one would you choose?

Have a great trip!

Congrats on the anniversary!

Get the 4 park pass (cheaper than a 3 day pass) ..

Don't worry about hoppers - if you have NEVER been . .there is plenty to do in any one park in one day. You won't be able to see/do it all anyway.

Spend the money saved on some fun food experiences at the parks.

Thanks! The 4 park pass is definitely cheaper by about $100 for the two of us. We have been to Disneyland several times though ... so we would mostly be interested in attractions that are not offered in California. I want to visit Epcot and It seems like you should always do Magic Kingdom, so how do I decide then between Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios? That Expedition Everest looks pretty great otherwise we might choose to skip Animal Kingdom. Although Animal Kingdom is not found anywhere else. Sigh! I wish we could do it all.

Add another night to your trip and ENJOY!

Here's a thread with suggestions and I agree that adding a day, if possible, will help you fit in everything:

Thank you for the thread with all of the suggestions hiroMYhero! It was very helpful and just what I was looking for.

I've tried to rearrange our schedule to stay four days, but it just isn't going to work. Does anyone know if the 4-park Magic Ticket can be upgraded to a hopper? I've read that you can't upgrade this ticket to go for more days, but can you upgrade it to hop parks? If Disney allows for a hopper upgrade, can I request a 3 day hopper ticket upgrade and not the 4 day one? I would like to have the option of changing to a hopper if we decide we really want to fit in all 4 parks in three days once we get there.

It cannot.
This particular ticket, priced the way it is, is specifically designed to NOT be a Hopper.
(That is the purpose of this ticket, for guests to spend 4 separate days at WDW parks.)

If you think that you MIGHT like to park hop, just buy a regular 3-day base Magic Your Way ticket.
You can then ADD the Hopper option DURING your trip if you decide that you want to hop.
That can be done even as you exit one park and head to another, at no more cost than buying the Hopper before your trip.
