I'm ticked off that my mother-in-law ignored DS#1's birthday AGAIN. This is the third or fourth time. She would be upset if we ignored her birthday. I don't get it.

I'm ticked off today because it's the start of a 3 day weekend, and my 17 yo decides that he's emotional and hormonal and will now be grumpy for the next couple of days, and I can't banish him to school to get away from him!

I am ticked off about this too! Only, not only did he paw at the blinds, but he also pulled on the curtains... and apparently one of the screws on the rod was not in correctly and he pulled down the whole thing into his head.

I bet you wished you were awake enough to see that .

Wow. I can't imagine. I am already planning ( and I am no where near having grandkids) how I am going to spoil mine rotten. I don't why a grandmother would do this, I really don't.

Oh I love this thread OP!!!

Here goes mine.

1. I'm ticked off at the neighbor who mows into our yard!!! It wouldn't be so bad if she kept it the same height but she doesn't!! My DH mows 5 inches so our yard is very lush, the neighbor mows mows at 2 or 3 inches. I really want to put a nice fence up, whcih is what we thought about a few yrs ago anyways, it's just too expensive.

2. I work at a pretty large bank. So far, every month since the end of July we have had a conference call to let us know how many people in what dept were let go. Now yesterday, even more people are being let go and/or moved around. It's just annoying that these layoffs are happening when the CEO is still making millions, blah!!!

I'm ticked off because suddenly some ______ somewhere has decided that it's F.I.N.E fine to okay construction on the airport railway line - wait for it - in the middle of the night!!! Where thousands of residential suites surround it. Here in Toronto.

Just in case that's the Canadian one. And the Ontario one.

With the door open in my condo I get to go to sleep to some TONKA truck, using it's backing up beeper over and over and over and over......

I'm ticked off because so many of my neighbors choose not to recycle and end up with piles of trash. I get really ticked off when some items are so easy to recycle like cardboard boxes. Our family of 4 usually has 1 can of garbage (usually not even full) per week.

Ticked off b/c while I appreciate recognition for recyclers in our small Niagara Ontario Canada town. They give honorable mention of the number of recycled containers placed at curbside per household.

It angers me that non recyclers are seemingly not penalized! Argg!!! One of our neighbours says they will not take part b/c recycling is detrimental to the environment. They put it out in the garbage instead.

We have made a by-law phone call complaint. We must make a written formal complaint. We are reluctant b/c we are Seniors and their eldest son was a Young Offender; we are concerned what their other three sons (13-16-19 yrs old) might do. Since they are the ones responsible for putting the garbage out.

We are rural so at least they are not too close.

It ticks me off that we still don't have a cure for cancer. Any cancer. Breast cancer, lung cancer, cervical cancer, blood cancer... nothing. Yes, we have treatments that can make them go away but no CURE.

I'm ticked off because I am still fat, despite changing my diet and exercising as much as I can. I hate going to lunch with people at work and watching them eat poutine (french fries with gravy and cheese curds for the non-Canadians) and chocolate milk shakes, while I eat a salad - and they are thin and I am fat. I know, I have to work harder at it but it is just very tough.
