anyone know where I can get a nice looking tiara for not alot of money??? I had no idea they were so pricey

I dont know any place online but I can totally sympathize with you! Some are outrageous. I ended up going to the local bridal store during one of their headpiece/tiara trunk shows where I was able to get between 10-15% off. It helped tremendously and I was able to get something I loved and could actually hold rather than hope I liked what was shipped. Maybe also Davids bridal?
i am just having a hard time paying a few hundred dollars for stones that are not even real
thanks i will check davids bridal.Alot of people get them off of ebay. I got mine, which was the same company that made my dress from the Bridal Salon that I got my dress. It was $58. A splurge for me. But I love it. Um do a search for tiara's there are alot of online companies.
thanks for the tip. i need all the money saving tips i can get and yes $58 is a splurge for me too for something that is just going to sit in my hair, but its alot better than a few hundred dollars
Thanks alot
I went to claires and the icing didnt have much of a selection. but i did go on ebay after i saw the beautiful tiara that Cryssi posted and fell in love with some beautiful tiaras there. so what do u guys think? think its ok to get one from ebay? its so hard when you cant see it in person
They do have ones that say they are swarvorski crystals and i know they do sparkle alot but i am just a little leary

I ended up not using it b/c my aunt bought me one from the bridal salon (ack, it was like $175).
Anyway, eBay is a great place!![]()

good luck...
Back in the summer when I got my dress... they had some at davids bridal for like 12 and 15 bucks. Walmart has some.. but not sure of their quality even in terms of looks.

I'm in the same boat. I fell in love with one at the Swarofski store(don't ask me why I went in there to even look...lol), and it was $385...which is a big no no for me, well I guess here's to happy tiara hunting...
did you see the ones on ebay that say they are swarvorski??? what do u think of them.
you want to look beautiful on your wedding day so I say don't settle for a tacky, cheap tiara.
I mean you CAN get a cheap tiara that looks pretty as long as you search and have a good eye.
I fell in love with an Erica Koesler bun wrapper and was prepared to pay $200 for it but they stopped making it! so I found a woman who custom made it for $130. It came out GORGEOUS!
I'm now looking for a tiara/headband as a backup in case i DON"T want to do a bun. And i definitely don't want to spend a lot of money.
I found a pretty one on glamgal.com. But it is $69
I can't believe how expensive hair pins are!!!
