For those who have attended this how much time should we plan for this. From check in until the party is over.

This but now an hour earlier since the parade will move to 2pm in August. Not sure when you're goung.

Checkin beings 1hour prior to parade.
Tiana and Naveen join about 35 minutes prior
Parade
30ish minutes after the parade begins Tiana and Naveen rejoin the boat for the trip
Just before 4, the boat redocks and prepares for regular operations
