Tiana's ice cream social

Does anyone know if the Tiana ice cream social is still going to be around in Sept? I noticed there aren't any scheduled dates past July. I haven't heard any rumors about it stopping.

We have done it before and really enjoyed it. The view of the parade is far away but it was an all around very pleasant experience. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything or if they just haven't released dates yet. Or is it seasonal?

Dates through November were released today. We booked for September. So excited.

We were going to do this until I saw an online review with pictures of the parade from the boat. That was all I needed to see (or...not see) in order to make my decision.

For us, it is more about experience rather than the parade. We've done it before and like I said in my original post, the view is far away but the event is really fun. It's fun to hear the music playing, the desserts are cute, kids love it and it's fun to hear the music and see the floats from the riverboat, albeit far away. The character interaction was spectacular when we went. we aren't looking for some primo parade view - we just watch the parade from our usual spot on another day. If someone is looking for a VIP parade view, this isn't the event for them. But it is a fun "special" experience at least for us, and especially for Tiana lovers!

Yes that is why we are doing it as well. We should have 2 days in MK plus MVMCP so we'll see the parade another day.

I just booked for November - we have never done it before but my daughter loves Tiana. We will watch the parade closer on our first MK day and do this our second day.
