THV Here We Come!!!!

Thanks! Only problem is we have to wait 10-1/2 months!!! Guess I shouldn't *wish* the time away though -- it goes fast enough as it is!!

WOW, a busy day today with both THV's and BLT reservations being accepted.

We got THV with a June 1st checkin, that's opening day. We've never had a reservation for an opening day for any resort before.

I tried calling right at 9:00 am but got a busy signal. Kept hitting redial about every 15 seconds and got busy signals up until 9:40 am. Have been a member for almost 16 years and that's the absolute longest I've ever had. Calling for NYE reservations hasn't been this tough....

Finally got through and then a 20 minute wait before getting a CM.

I asked and she said they had 200 people working the phones today. Good for them, they knew it was going to be busy...

Posting this at 10:11 am. (Note the DISBoard clock is not correct)

Hope everyone else gets what they want.

How awesome to be the very first to stay in a THV!! Any chance you might post live? An "Opening Day" report would be awesome!

NYE dinner on our THV deck!! We've had NYE with Disney since 2003 and I always make seafood. This will be AWESOME!

Dh will be thrilled. He really wanted to stay there after seeing them this last Christmas.

Got 3 nights at THV from 12 Aug. Then we are going to AKV Kidani for 4 nights then OKW for 9 nights. Taking my parents and our kids 6 and 3. Should be AMAZING! 2 new resorts in one trip!
