Thus begins a new chapter in my life...

Well, it's really an odd feeling. Tomorrow is my last official day with my work, then I begin at WDW on Saturday. I kind of feel like today is the night before my last day at school for the summer....all weird and funky feeling. I know my schedule for Disney next week is Saturday through either Wednesday or Thursday, but that's about it I'm not sure of times yet.

It's an odd feeling because I was originally going to work here about another 2 weeks, but D. called this morning and I start this weekend. I've been telling my customers goodbye all day and they're all...well, shocked! But they all understand about the situation, and all have been wishing me luck.

It's gonna be really weird tomorrow leaving for the last time and handing in my key. This is something I've done for the last 5 years. I went through a death, a marriage, a birth, several moves, and now a divorce with this job. I met many wonderful people, some of which are so special to me, I could never really explain it.

To top it off, I caught ANOTHER COLD! I'm pretty miserable, feeling wise today. I've got to pack up all of my personal stuff when I come in tomorrow, and it's bye-bye comics...hello Disney!

As I've said before...I just need to "outrun tomorrow". Starting a new chapter in my life is going to be wonderful.

Oh yeah! I almost forgot...apparently, my ex's lawyer wants to cancel ALL court hearings and only do mediations now...my lawyer thinks this is very, very good.

(Raising a glass) To new beginnings...it's a great big beautiful tomorrow, just a dream away!
