We are were originally scheduled to spend two days at the parks (Friday & Saturday) in September. Now because of work schedules, we are able add another day on to our trip.

Should we add Sunday or Thursday?

My instinct tells me Thursday, because Sunday is probably a busy day for locals.

But then again, it is probably a travel day for most people at the resorts, so the parks may be less crowded.

What has been your experience ?

Would it better to go Thursday or Sunday to MK (or any parks for that matter) ?

I have found Thursdays to be less hectic but Sunday is usually a great day for EPCOT. I copied this for you from allearsnet.com

During regular attendance periods, our parks tend to be the busiest on the following days:

Magic Kingdom: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday

Epcot: Tuesday and Friday

Disney-MGM Studios: Sunday and Wednesday

Disney's Animal Kingdom: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday"

I am surprised by this. I thought ee days were the most crowded for parks. Thanks, this changes my thoughts.
