I'm on my way out the door for the weekend, so I'm starting early today. Did my walk around the 'hood. Probably all I'll get today since I will be on the road for 4 hours. Let's get moving people!
I did 2 miles this morning took almost an hour pushing the baby in stroller like normal. If I was alone I could walk faster though. I usually can do a mile in 15-20 minutes. Wonder what my time will be when I'm actually fit. LOL I walk fast.
I haven't been on the treadmill since Saturday, but finally managed to get up early enough to get back on this morning Now I just need to start getting DH up early enough to do his, too!
I did the 3 mile WATP. Then I had to go to the bank and a couple of stores so I walked rather than take the car. I figured I mind as well take advantage of the decent weather.
I haven't posted in a few days. I've been painting and hanging cabinets in the laundry room. However, today I finally got out after 3 days and walked 3 miles. Happy day everyone! Zoesmama - what an adorable pic of your baby!
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (3.6 miles in 40 minutes) and Curves after work. So nice to be back to my regular exercise schedule after being sick!
