Highly likely - it'll probably get released around midnight on the evening of the 1st May/morning of the 2nd May.
They showed Deadpool last year so can't see this being any different

I know someone from my upcoming cruise on May 10 asked for the list of movies and it included Thunderbots so I would assume it would be on your cruise.

As a rule they will "premEAR" at 12:01am on the official release day (so people on land will have been able to see it since late afternoon/early evening the day before as most theaters start showing new releases on Thursday before the Friday "official" release.

There have been times when the ship did not receive the film in time - but I think that has pretty much only happened in Europe.

Whenever I've had a cruise with a PremEAR at sea it's been at 11 p.m. on Thursday/the day before the film's official full release day. So just a tad earlier than midnight, but still many hours after people have been able to start seeing it on land.
