We have reservations to SOA on our upcoming trip. I noticed that just about everything has mango or pineapple, 2 of my allergies. I saw on the Disney site an email to contact if you have special dietary needs. Within 24 hours they had contacted the chefs at the Polynesian and sent me an email showing the substitutions for the items I couldn't eat.
I have dealt with CM's 2 times now before we have left for 2 different issues, and I am so impressed and delighted with the responses I have gotten.
