I was kinda nervous about buying tickets through MapleLeafTickets but had read good reviews on here and really wanted to pick up the old park hoppers and they were still selling them early in the new year. I had never bought tickets online before, but happily received them with my receipt included. BTW, I live in Canada, so when I got my credit card statement last week I was expecting to see the amount in Canadian funds. Low and behold, I see that MapleLeafTickets accidentally charged my cc twice, but also credited the 2nd charge. The problem was that because they credited it instead of reversing it, with the exchange, I was out $76! I called and spoke to the manager, who suggested I contact my cc company to see what they would do, but said either way, don't worry, it will be taken care of. CC company said it was MLT's fault, so I called again and the manager was very quick to say he would credit my cc right away. He was nothing but pleasant and even though I realize it was their mistake, I'm used to having to arm wrestle people and he was great to deal with! I told him I had a bunch of Disney 'friends' and that I would let them all know how great ML Tickets was to deal with...there you go!

Maple Leaf is one of the very reputable ticket wholesalers in FL. Sorry to hear about the double charge gaff but glad to hear that they took care of you right away.

I ordered my MYW tickets online last week from Maple Leaf, was notified that they would be mailed out on Monday. I got them on Friday! One less thing to worry about. Those people are great!!
