I just returned from OKW and we had a great experience with We Go Shop. Glen called while we were en route to say the store did not have a particular item and asked about a substitute. When we arrived, I called with our room number (about 2 hours ahead of our projected arrival time) and they delivered our groceries within 30 minutes of our call.
The order was complete except for one item - coffee filters. The mixup was because we had requested the filter pack coffee and when we needed to substitute for regular coffee, I asked him on the phone to add filters to the list. I don't know if it was a bad cell connection or if his memory is like mine
but the filters weren't with the original order.
They assured me they would come back with the filters and not only did they deliver the filters within the hour, they insisted that there was no charge for them.
Excellent customer service all around and I will use them again.
