Thumbdrives in internet cafe?

Does anyone know if there is a UBS port on the computers in the internet cafe to use a thumbdrive to download files from e-mails?

Nope, there is no access to the pc whatsoever. All you get is a lcd, keyboard, mouse, headphones. And the web cam to send out a picture postcard thing.
