Throwing colored Mickey Confetti instead of rose petals?

Has anyone given Mickey confetti to guests to toss as you walk by, instead of rose petals or using bubbles?

Does it make for a nice picture? I'm thinking about the multi-colored ones

Is it even allowed or prohibited, due to litter?

I don't think they allow it. In fact I am pretty sure they don't. Sorry!

They only allow bio-degradable items. Rose petals and other natural things are fine, but they don't allow things like confetti or fake petals.

JMHO ... I personally wasn't crazy about the way the confetti looked on their "photo album" page. It kind of looked like the couples were getting blasted with snow or something. Maybe it looks prettier in person?

I think you could use confetti if it is indoors, like in the WP, since Disney does offer confetti cannons. I think the confetti would look pretty if it wasn't "over done" like in the post above. However, I do think the rose petals are just beautiful ! I wish I would have thought to do them way back when. I think they make gorgeous pictures.

I'm really stuck on the idea of the ribbon wands. I think they offer the color of the petals (or confetti) but you can get so many more pictures in during the walk.

oooh, i wanna jump in on this one as it's a current ponder on my "list"..... i see most of the petals to be thrown are in little cones. personally--the cone shape isn't for me. what else could we put them in?? netting tied with a bow? a coffee mug favor?? ideas??

i think the petals are sooooo pretty!!

I understand the whole "biodegradable" thing for outdoors....but does anyone know if we are able to bring in fake rose petals to line the aisle with at the Wedding Pavilion??? I really like the way it looks but don't wanna pay for 2000 petals at the super high floral price.

I am doing little organza bags filled with petals and decorated with a little silver metal heart. They will be hung from each chair.
