We're all familiar with the Throwaway Room debate, so it got me thinking....how prevalent is Throwaway Dining?
For example, 8:05am reservations at BoG are PRIME!!!
But what if you can only snag an 8:45? You'd be at a disadvantage if you take the time to eat...
Is it possible to throw it away and deal with the $10/person cancellation fee, or are CMs guiding you to your reservation?
How is this managed?
