Hey everyone,

Haven't been to WDW since I was a girl. Heading to take our first family trip March 15th-20th. Staying offsite using hubby's Marriott points, but booked a ton of ADRs (thanks to this fab board I knew to do it!) and bought park tickets already.

Wondering what they do for Bdays. All the dining reps and ticket reps noted my bday son's age and name on everything. What do they do with that????

Our trip was last week and it was to celebrate our son's 5th birthday. We got a pin at check in for Happy Birthday and they put his name. Our first day was in Magic Kingdom and we went the the Chapeau (may be miss spelled) to make custom ears. Once we got in there we noticed a pair of Happy Birthday ears and got them instead with his name put on the back. Many, many, many CMs wished him Happy Birthday, at the Block Bash Parade in Hollywood Studios CMs in the parade that were dancing got him to dance and others wished him Happy Birthday as they walked by. The TS resturants we had reservations at all brought him out a birthday cup cake and in some resturants they made an introduction to let everyone know or sang Happy Birthday. At Coral Reef we arranged for the diver to wish him Happy Birthday on a sign and then the diver got everyone to sing Happy Birthday, I'm not sure if they are doing the diver in 2009, read other posts on here they are not. Basically he got a ton of extra attention and he loved it.

Hope your son has as much fun as mine did.
