Thrifty's minivans??? Any comments???

Rented a minivan thru Thrifty in August for 9 days for $340 total...Anybody have any experiences with them and what kind of minivans do they have at MCO...How is the shuttle service??? How long did it take???

We rented a mini van from thrifty as well. I dont remember what kind it was though. If you booked online make sure you print your entire confirmation including the final price. Whe had booked online for around $250 and when we arrived at mco they tried to charge us like $500. Thankfully I had the actual print out and they changed it, I dont know if it was just a one time accident or if they do this often. We had no other problems though. The van was just fine!

We rented a full-size from Thrifty in January and were upgraded to a fairly new Caravan. The shuttle is pretty easy and takes about 10-15 minutes. They changed the schedule just recently so now the shuttle makes a stop in a parking lot before going to the Thrifty lot. Make sure to sign up for their Blue Chip program. It lets you get in a special line that is usually shorter and
you avoid the insurance sales pitch. You can sign up for the program on the Thrifty website.

Did you use any codes for Thrifty? We'd love a mini van, but we're finding that all the prices are around $450-$500...

I used no codes...That price was the cheapest I could find for my dates...I tried using codes, but this was the cheapest
