Thrifty reservation today

I have a Thrifty reservation for today that I made months ago.
I just got an email copy and it has incomplete RR stamped across it. Does anyone know what this means?
I just tried to call Thifty and they’re closed.

Incomplete rental rate means something I would want to keep calling about.
Is it to late to call Mears before you leave or book backup with ME and Mears Shuttle just in case ?

If you booked using a discount such as AAA or an employer rate (assuming the rate is applicable for leisure) bring whatever ID is required.

Thrifty just said our reservation is intact and fine. She said they are doing system updates today and she believes that the email was generated in error. Whew!
