Thrift stores near Disneyworld?

I love thrift store shopping and am hoping to do a little on the days we aren't at the park when we go down to Disneyworld this year. Can anyone suggest any places to go? I looked a little last year but didn't see any signs on the drive from our rental house (a little ways past Walmart on 27) to and from Disney.
I don't mind driving a little- maybe 20 or 30 minutes but don't want to go too far.

I have not found any good ones near WDW. There is a tiny consignment shop on Turkey Lake next to Walmart. A Goodwill and Salvation Army out 192.

I used to live in Kissimmee - there are no good thrift stores in the area. I love going to thrift stores and all I found there was very used and (abused) stuff Now if you are going to Maryland I know of a great one

I was looking for good ones in FL too, but I'm going to be driving back home from FL to PA. Guess I won't waste my time looking in the Kissimmee area. If anyone has good ones anywhere from FL to PA and sees this, let me know! I'll be traveling up I 95, stopping at Tybee Island, Raleigh NC and Franklin VA also.

Guardian Angel in Fuquay NC (about 20 min from Raleigh) is a great one. My mom goes there EVERY WEEK!

Value Village in Adelphi, MD. I used to go every week before we moved 2 years ago All of DDs clothes and most of mine were from VV. They have real boutique brands dirt cheap, I used to find crazy expensive (retail) toys/gadgets/shoes etc for just a few dollars. I used to sell on Ebay and this shop is a gold mine

There is a wonderful goodwill clearance center near the Florida mall on Orange Blossom Trail. Its near the IHOP almost to the Sand Lane turn off. They used to have a section where you paid 99cents a pound., My husband got several designer neck ties from there for next to nothing. Happy Shopping!!!

I had never heard of a Goodwill Outlet until I visited Bellmawr New Jersey. I was in there this week and found a huge plastic tote full of various Disney mugs. I have limited space in my luggage, so I only bought four and left the other dozen or so for another shopper. I got the mugs and a few other things for just over $4 at 99 cents a pound.

I live in Pittsburgh and I heart the Red White and Blue thrift stores. They are in a few other states as well.

Your local thrift store may also be a great place to pick up Disney stuff. I regularly pick up resort mugs for 50cents each (not the length of stay ones but resort specific ones) and i like to collect them. Plus one time i found a 48" tall mickey plush for $25 and a 24" Tigger (don't remember the price)... You just never know. There is also a Disney Character store on the way back from the Vineland Road Walmart. Their stock is terrible but you also never know..
